Your First Visit
We’ll spend your first appointment helping you get acclimated to our office, figuring out what your dental needs are, and determining what dental treatments, if any, are needed in the near future. After the paperwork is completed, you won’t have to spend a long time in our waiting room before being called back for your examination. We’ll ask about any issues with your oral health that you’ve noticed recently. If you have any specific concerns, tell us immediately.
New Patient Forms
Filling out paperwork before your appointment can be inconvenient, but it’s essential for us to have this information before we start working on your teeth. It’s what lets us make decisions regarding your oral health based on preexisting medical treatments and conditions. Our team can answer any questions you might have about completing this paperwork. Once the paperwork is completed, we’ll work to get it properly filed away as soon as possible so that you aren’t left waiting for your appointment.
